alternate sideboard view

hey kelly, here's an alternate view of the sideboard doors for you! as you can see, the door in the middle opens down into a convenient bar-like position, perfect for resting a cocktail shaker and glasses! the store doesn't have a delivery service, but have a guy that usually does deliveries for its customers. i tried calling him all day, and his phone was off and he doesn't have voicemail. drat! i will try again tomorrow.

in unrelated news, i went to my local farmers' market in liberty village yesterday and bought a bunch of peaches and plums. i have been busy eating the peaches because i am afraid they will wrinkle and shrivel. (is 4 peaches in one day too much)? some green-ish purple plums made it into the lot and i decided to try one lastnight. gyaaack! sour! when will i learn that green does not equal ripe?
